VIENNA, Austria, Aug. 27 -- Mark S. Ortiz, Jr. Daniel F. Dlugos, David N. Plescia, David C. Yates, Jason L. Harris and Mark S. Zeiner - all from the U.S., have developed a automatically adjusting band system.
