WATERLOO, Iowa, Aug. 20 -- Hawkeye Community College issued the following news release:

Hawkeye Community College will be offering a certificate series for entry-level or experienced administrative support professionals beginning September 1. The certificate program consists of professional development and computer application courses, concluding with a workplace portfolio seminar to aid individuals in creating a professional portfolio. Participants completing all courses will earn 40 hours of Microsoft Office computer skills, 20 hours of professional development training, and receive a certificate of completion.
