SACRAMENTO, Calif., July 23 -- The California Business, Transportation & Housing Agency's Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control issued the following press release:

On July 23, 2009, the California Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) suspended the alcoholic beverage license of Telegraph Market located at 2552 Telegraph Avenue in the city of Berkeley. The suspension will last 45 days. The action resulted from three separate sales of alcoholic beverages to minors within a three year period.

The sales occurred on three separate occasions between 2004 and 2006. ABC and Berkeley Police worked together on the investigation.
