ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 29 -- Eugene Joseph of Coram, N.Y., and Duanfeng He of S. Setauket, N.Y., have developed an apparatus for dynamic signal processing. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,578,444 on Aug. 25.

The patent has been assigned to Symbol Technologies Inc., Holtsville, N.Y.
