ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 3 -- Teruo Onishi and Shinji Uebayashi, both of Yokohama, Japan, and Katsuki Kiminami of Yokosuka, Japan, have developed a specific absorption rate measuring apparatus. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,583,089 on Sept. 1.

The patent has been assigned to NTT DoCoMo Inc., Tokyo.
