ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 3 -- Jerome Assal of Zurich, Switzerland, and Stefan Kaufmann of Aarau, Switzerland, have developed a power semiconductor module. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,582,919 on Sept. 1.
The patent has been assigned to ABB Schweiz AG, Baden, Switzerland.
