ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sep. 3 -- Ismail Cem Paya of Seattle, Peter L. Montgomery of Bellevue, Wash., and Adam Back of Saskatchewan, Calif., have developed a method for signatures. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,584,362 on Sep.1.
