ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 5 -- Akira Akabane, Miyagi, Japan, has developed an electromagnetic fuel injection valve. The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. 7,581,711 on Sept. 1.

The patent has been assigned to Keihin Corp., Tokyo.
