GENEVA, Sept. 10 -- Spencer L. Mindeman, Doran D. Hirschkorn, Christopher W. Lougheed, Phillip D. Bogner and Alvin A. Liebel - all from the U.S., have developed a carrier, backhoe control system and method.
The patent has been assigned to Clark Equipment Co., West Fargo, N.D.
According to an abstract posted by the World Intellectual Property Organization, the invention relates to a "power machine includes a carrier comprising a supporting frame, an operator compartment and a joystick controller disposed in the operator compartment and configured to generate movement signals in response to operator movement of the joystick controller.
