ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 11 -- John Fiorenza of Slinger, Wis., Steve Crouch of McFarland, Wis., and James A. Louden of Cambridge, Wis., have developed an engine starter assembly. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,584,734 on Sept. 8.
