JUNEAU, Alaska, Sept. 11 --The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation issued the following public notice:
Body of Notice:
The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) has made a preliminary decision to approve Alyeska Seafoods, Inc.'s (Alyeska Seafoods) application for an Air Quality Control Minor Permit for the Unalaska Seafood Processing Facility. In their application, Alyeska Seafoods requested changes to conditions established in a Title I permit issued under 18 AAC 50. Alyeska Seafoods is requesting to remove a CAT 398 Diesel Generator and install a CAT 3508C Diesel Generator, and include this generator under an existing Oxides of Nitrogen (NOX) PSD avoidance ...
