ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 13 -- AQUAFIL S.P.A., Arco, Italy, has been issued the trademark ALTO AQUAFIL (Reg. No 3679978; International Reg. No 0980700) by the USPTO.
The trademark application (serial number 79060330) was filed on April 23, 2008 and was registered on Sept. 8.
The description of the mark registered is "Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
