ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 13 -- AQUAFIL S.P.A., Arco, Italy, has been issued the trademark ALTO CHROMA AQUAFIL (Reg. No 3679977; International Reg. No 0980699) by the USPTO.
The trademark application (serial number 79060329) was filed on April 23, 2008 and was registered on Sept. 8.
The description of the mark registered is "Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
