Article: Rep. Norton Introduces United States Commission on an Open Society with Security Act

WASHINGTON, Sep. 14 -- Rep. Eleanor Holmes Norton, D-Washington D.C., has introduced the United States Commission on an Open Society with Security Act (H.R. 3555), legislation that would "establish the United States Commission on an Open Society with Security."

The bill was introduced on Sep. 10. It was referred to the Transportation and Infrastructure and Homeland Security Committees.
