LOGAN, Utah, Sept. 14 -- Utah State University issued the following news release:

USU President Stan L. Albrecht is opening his doors fall semester for a series of scheduled meeting times with university students. The meeting times will be scheduled in 15-minute increments and will be held every other week during varying days and times.
