ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 18 -- Andrew De Silva, Torrance, Calif., has developed a method of displaying three-dimensional arrival screen for navigation system. The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. 7,590,487 on Sept. 15.

The patent has been assigned to Alpine Electronics Inc., Tokyo.
