ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 19 -- Torbjorn Sandstrom, Pixbo, Sweden, has developed a dual layer workpiece mask. The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. 7,588,870 on Sept. 15.
The patent has been assigned to Micronic Laser Systems AB, Taby, Sweden.
