Twenty-four USS Enterprise (CVN 65) Sailors were frocked to the rank of chief petty officer during a pinning ceremony at Bayside Enlisted Club at Langley Air force Base Sept. 16. The ceremony is the culmination of the six-week chief petty officer induction process.
