BOONE, N.C., Sept. 21 -- Appalachian State University issued the following press release:
Galib Abbaszade from Baku, Azerbaijan, has received a fellowship from the U.S. Department of State's Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program to attend Appalachian State University.
Abbaszade is enrolled in the university's master of public administration program in the College of Arts and Sciences' Department of Government and Justice Studies.
