ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 23 -- Cynthia A. Toth of Chapel Hill, N.C., Bradley A. Bower of Hillsborough, N.C., and Marcin Stopa of Poznan, Poland, have developed a system of coregistrating optical coherence tomography. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,593,559 on Sept. 22.
