WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind., Sept. 23 -- Purdue University issued the following news release:
The fall conference of the Regenstrief Center for Healthcare Engineering next week will focus on two key issues in the nation's health-care delivery system - care coordination and population health.
Transforming Healthcare Delivery: Care Coordination and Population Health will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday (Sept. 29) at The Trails, 325 Burnett Road in West Lafayette. Care coordination will be featured during the morning, while the afternoon's focus is population health.
