Article: IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT SENTENCED TO 41 MONTHS IN PRISON FOR FRAUD

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 22 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's Federal Bureau of Investigation Washington Field Office issued the following press release:

Shahrzad Eram Soleimanlou, age 59, of Falls Church, Va., was sentenced last week to 41 months in prison for defrauding vulnerable immigrant applicants of approximately $1 million from June 2000 through December 2005. She will also be required to pay approximately $1 million in restitution.
