ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 24 -- Dong-Min Kim, Beom-Joon Kim and Jai-Yong Lee, all from Seoul, South Korea, and Sang-Jun Moon of Yongin-si, South Korea, have developed a method for controlling congestion. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,593,338 on Sept. 22.

The patent has been assigned to Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Suwon-si, South Korea.
