ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 24 -- Kari-Matti Laakso of Pietarsaari, Finland, and Andreas Berts of Korsholm, Finland, have developed an isolated measurement circuit for sensor resistance. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,592,820 on Sept. 22.

The patent has been assigned to ABB Oy, Helsinki, Finland.
