Article: Patent No.7,592,538 Issued on Sept. 22, Assigned to Emcore Solar Power for Solar Cell Multijunction Fabricating Method (New Mexico Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 24 -- Paul R. Sharps, Doug Collins and Mark A. Stan, all from Albuquerque, N.M., and Daniel J. Aiken of Cedar Crest, N.M., have developed a method of fabricating a multijunction solar cell. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,592,538 on Sept. 22.

The patent has been assigned to Emcore Solar Power Inc., Albuquerque.
