GENEVA, Sept. 24 -- Ayumi Kochi, Seiji Takagi, Shigetaka Furusawa, Hiroyuki Matsuura, Tatsuji Aoyama and Yukiya Shimoyama - all from the U.S., have developed a solid electrolytic capacitor and method for manufacturing the same.

The patent has been assigned to Panasonic Corp., Osaka, Japan.
