ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 29 -- Pier Alfeo Zanotti Cavazzoni, Vimercate, Italy, has developed a surgical method for implanting tissues. The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. 7,591,850 on Sept. 22.
The patent has been assigned to ArthroCare Corp., Austin, Texas.
