GENEVA, Sept. 29 -- Hidehiro Ishizuka, Taro Mitsudera, Takayoshi Kaneda and Yuki Endo, all from Japan, have developed a flame-retardant chlorine-with resin composition.
The patent has been assigned to Adeka Corp., Tokyo.
