BUFFALO, N.Y., Sept. 14 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's Federal Bureau of Investigation Buffalo Field Office issued the following news release:

United States Attorney Kathleen Mehltretter announces that earlier this afternoon FBI Agents arrested Chad Koschuk, 23, of Alden, New York for threatening to harm an individual because the individual had testified before the grand jury against Koschuk's father, Alex Koschtschuk, in violation of the federal witness tampering statute.
