ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 3 -- Ashima B. Chakravarti of Hopewell Junction, N.Y., Judson Holt of Wappingers Falls, N.Y., Kevin K. Chan of Staten Island, N.Y., Rangarajan Jagannathan of East Fishkill, N.Y., and Sadanand V. Deshpande of Lagrangeville, N.J., have developed a method for producing a doped nitride film. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,595,010 on Sept. 29.
The patent has been assigned to International Business Machines Corp., Armonk, N.Y.
