ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 03 -- Jean-Pierre Lallier of Saint Bonnet de Mure, France, and Emmanuel Rastelletti of Venissieux, France have developed a fluorinated hydrocarbons with defluxing electronic boards. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,595,289 on Sept. 29.
