ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 3 -- Tetsuro Motoyama of Cupertino, Calif., and Avery Fong of Castro Valley, Calif., have developed a system for script processing in script implementation of hypertext transfer protocol to obtain information from devices. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,596,749 on Sept. 29.

The patent has been assigned to Ricoh Co. Ltd., Tokyo.
