ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 5 -- Dennis L. Matthies and George Herbert Needham Riddle, both of Princeton, N.J., Joseph M. Carpinelli of Lawrenceville, N.J., Ian Gregory Hill of Hightstown, N.J., Seth Trotz of Littleton, Mass., and Ponnusamy Palanisamy of Lansdale, Pa., have developed a woven electronic textile. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,592,276 on Sept. 22.
The patent has been assigned to Sarnoff Corp., Princeton.
