HIGHLAND, Kan., Oct. 7 -- Highland Community College issued the following news release:
Highland Community College and the Viticulture & Enology Science Technology Alliance (VESTA) hosted a wine chemistry workshop at HCC's Wamego Center October 2-3, 2009. Nine students participated in eleven chemistry lab experiments measuring various quantities found in grapes and wine.
