ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 8 -- Claudio Borean, Maurizio Crozzoli, Daniele Disco and Tiziana Tambosso, all from Turin, Italy, have developed a system for automating parking payment. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,598,870 on Oct. 6.
The patent has been assigned to Telecom Italia S.p.A., Milan, Italy, and Pirelli & C. S.p.A., Milan.
