AUBURN--Members of the Briseno family of Auburn bake and engrave to earn their keep.

The family operates Camerons Bakery and The Memory Cabinet, an engraving business, at 167-169 Grant Ave. in Auburn.

The Brisenos own the building in which the bakery takes up 1,800 square feet, while the engraving business occupies 1,000 square feet.

The engraving business just complements the bakery, says Sharon Briseno, who co-owns the combined business with her husband, Antonio.

Antonio Briseno and Sharon's brother, Vincent Tassone, bought Camerons Bakery from the original owners, John and The Cameron, in 1979. Six years later, Sharon purchased her brothers share.
