CHICAGO, Oct. 8 -- The Environmental Protection Agency Region 5 office issued the following news release:
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 5 has settled with Big River Zinc Corp., Sauget, Ill., for alleged violations of federal hazardous waste regulations. A $24,054 penalty has been set.
