WASHINGTON, Oct. 8 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's office for the Eastern District of Louisiana issued the following press release:

EBER ADOLFO RIVERA-ORTEZ, a resident of Honduras and JOSE GUADALUPE MARTINEZ-MENCHACA, a resident of Mexico, each plead guilty in federal court today before U. S. District Judge Mary Ann Vial Lemmon to a one-count indictment for using a counterfeit Permanent Resident Alien card (commonly known as a Green Card) to gain access to a U. S. Coast Guard Station in Grand Isle, Louisiana, announced U. S. Attorney Jim Letten.
