ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 12 -- Mitchell Meinhold of Arlington, Mass., Steven L. Konsek of Boston, Thomas Rueckes of Rockport, Mass., Frank Guo of Danville, Calif., and Claude L. Bertin of South Burlington, Vt., have developed a hybrid carbon nanotube field-effect transistor (carbon nanotube field-effect transistor), static random-access memory. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,598,544 on Oct. 6.
The patent has been assigned to Nanotero Inc., Woburn, Mass.
