ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 12 -- Takahisa Sueoka, Guannan Xi and Akira Kamino, all from Osaka, Japan, have developed a dehumidification element. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,596,961 on Oct. 6.
