ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 12 -- Jui-Yi Tsai of Monroeville, Pa., Michael S. Barone of Pittsburgh, Arnold Tamayo of Glendale, Calif., Mark E. Thompson of Anaheim Hills, Calif., have developed a process for preparing a compound. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,598,388 on Oct. 06.

The patent has been assigned to University of Southern California, Los Angeles, and Universal Display Corp., Ewing, N.J.
