SAN DIEGO, Oct. 11 -- The U.S. Navy issued the following press release:

Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southwest awarded Souza Construction Inc. of Farmersville, Calif. a $339,118 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA)-funded contract Sept. 14 to restore aged and deteriorated cooling towers at Naval Medical Center San Diego.
