ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 14 -- The office of Sen. Orrin G. Hatch, R-Utah, issued the following news release:
Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) participated in a ceremony today in honoring Goal Zero for being awarded patent design member 600,000 for an innovative battery system that works in conjunction with a solar briefcase to use sunlight to recharge the system.
"Small businesses such as Utah-based Goal Zero create 70 percent of all jobs in the U.S.," Hatch said following his remarks at the ceremony.
