ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 15 -- Emile UrvoyOlivier Pape, Stephane Leveque, all of Limours, FR, have developed a Slowing down process for a vehicle taking a bend .The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 07603221 on Oct. 13.
