ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 15 -- Rainer Hoecker, is of Waldshut-Tiengen, DE, has developed a Measuring system with a flow conditioner arranged at an inlet of a measuring tube .The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. 07600436 on Oct. 13.
