ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 15 -- Chun-Ming WangMing-Hau Tung, Surya Prakash Ganti, all of Fremont, CA, have developed a Method and apparatus for providing back-lighting in an interferometric modulator display device .The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 07603001 on Oct. 13.
The patent has been assigned QUALCOMM MEMS Technologies, Inc., San Diego.
