RICHARD LYNN WISECUP, Defendant-Appellant.
Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Polk County, Cynthia Moisan, District Associate Judge.
Defendant appeals the sentences imposed by the district court following his pleas to theft in the third degree and operating a motor vehicle without owner's consent.
AFFIRMED.
