ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 27 -- Rainer Hoecker, Waldshut-Tiengen, Germany, has developed a measuring system with a flow conditioner arranged at an inlet of a measuring tube. The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. 7,603,914 on Oct. 20.
The patent has been assigned to Endress + Hauser Flowtec AG, Reinach, Switzerland.
According to the abstract released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The measuring system is inserted into the course of a process line and serves for registering at least one measured variable of a medium flowing in the process line.
