ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 27 -- Karl Ostermann of Erie, Pa., Larry Ellis of Cattaraugus, N.Y., and Chris Oyer of Randolph, N.Y., have developed track adjustable mounting assemblies . The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,603,828 on Oct. 20.

The patent has been assigned to Alcoa Closure Systems International Inc., Crawfordsville, Ind.
