ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 28 -- Steve Tengler of Grosse Pointe Park, Mich., and Anthony Baehner of Farmington Hills, Mich., have developed a traffic navigation system. The inventors were issued U.S. Patent No. 7,606,662 on Oct. 20.
